With more than 20 years of experience in education—primarily focused on young people Genniefer has dedicated her career to nurturing the potential of the next generation.

Her journey reflects a steadfast trust in God and a deep belief that her work is a divine calling. She views her ability to educate, mentor, and uplift youth as a gift—one entrusted to her with purpose. Guided by the principle that understanding is “the way, the truth, and the life,” she goes beyond traditional instruction by instilling character, leadership, and life skills that equip young people to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
